What is a practice party?
Our practice parties prepare you for dancing socially and allow you to apply material learned in your lessons without the pressure of the public eye upon you. Our students attend to have fun, learn, and dance! At our parties, we dim the lights, serve refreshments, and have a fabulous time. Students have the opportunity to dance and meet other students, as well as the instructors. Check our studio's calendar to find this months schedule.

What is a guest party?
Every Thursday night, we sponsor a champagne guest party. Similar to an Open House, a champagne guest party gives students the chance to introduce their friends to the world and benefits of dancing while earning FREE bonus lesson for themselves! We have floor shows demonstrating the various levels of dance we teach that are performed by both students and staff. Reservations are preferred for the guest party, so call ahead to let us know that you and your friends plan to attend.

How should I dress for my lesson?
Wear something comfortable that won't inhibit movement. Of course, comfortable shoes are recommended! We suggest a pair of leather-soled shoes for gentlemen and a shoe with a back for the ladies.

Is it difficult to learn to dance?
No. Our Trophy System of instruction makes it easy to learn. It will take time to learn the various dances and a repertoire of steps. However, the learning is easy and fun. A steady approach with periodic practice will produce visible results in a short period.
